I visited The Wild Place Project this afternoon and discussed their plans for a new Global Conservation Science Centre which will support 600 students and researchers, and bring 55 jobs to our area. Impressive!
Today I visited the RAC in Bradley Stoke and saw their recently launched Mobile Mechanic service, a really effective way of responding to the needs of RAC's customers more effectively with people being able to have their cars serviced at home or at work making things far more convenient.
Great to be back in Somerset today campaigning in the Somerton and Frome by-election for our brilliant Conservative Party candidate Faye Purbrick. Vote Conservative on 20th July!
Today, Jack and Andrea visited Battersea Dogs & Cats Home. To find out more about this organisation, to make a donation or indeed to re-home a dog or a cat, please visit: https://www.battersea.org.uk/
Good to see BAE Systems in Westminster today to hear how they are helping to defend our nation and create jobs - especially in our constituency. Great people doing a great job. Thank you
Just dropped into the Bailey's Court Primary School Summer Fair with my good friend Dave Bell. Saw Wonder Woman and Spider-Man. If I knew it was a superhero theme I would’ve worn my Captain America outfit!
Just visited the Bradley Stoke Sew n Sos Quilting and Patchwork Exhibition at the Jubilee Centre. This exhibition celebrates their 10 year anniversary and it was lovely to meet the Chair Chris Mackie. Some very impressive designs.
