Library consultation now open

A second consultation period has been opened by South Gloucestershire Council on their proposed changes to the library service.

New homes in Filton

Jack was present today at the opening of 22 new homes for rent and shared ownership that have been commissioned by Knightstone Housing in Filton. The development was part of South Gloucestershire Council's strategy to deliver more affordable homes across South Gloucestershire.

Visit to Abbeyfield in Easter Compton

Filton and Bradley Stoke MP Jack Lopresti visited residents at Home Farm Way in Easter Compton last Friday to help celebrate fifty years of Abbeyfield Bristol & Keynsham Society.

X74 bus service

I was very disappointed by the announcement of the ending of the X74 bus service through Bradley Stoke, Little Stoke and Filton.

Visit to Horseworld

Jack Lopresti has visited Horseworld, the equine charity based in Whitchurch, Bristol, where he met Managing Director Mark Owen to discuss the problem of fly grazing, which has been an issue in Jack's Filton and Bradley Stoke constituency for some time.
