Today, Jack Lopresti visited the West Country Water Park in Bradley Stoke, met the new owners of the hugely popular facility, Shaun and Jenny Holmes, who are set to take the reins on 1st December 2021 and undertake an exciting transformation of the park.
Jack learned of their desire to deliver a range of services that will help create jobs for the community, boost local tourism and help with improving fitness, wellbeing and mental health.
As Jack and the new owners undertook a tour of the facility, Shaun and Jenny told him of their plan to offer a range of water sports, go-karting and other outdoor activities when the facility reopens in March, reiterating their guiding principle “to provide attractive, safe facilities that encourage relevant activities to as many communities as possible in a wonderful natural environment.
Commenting, the new owners Shaun and Jenny said:
The park and its services will provide to everyone not only a minority of experts. Renewability is at our core!
Commenting on the visit, Jack Lopresti said:
It was fantastic to hear that the park intends to train people to help schools, hospitals and the general public to embrace the great outdoors and learn to relax among nature.
I’ve no doubt it will be a roaring success and prove to be a valuable asset to our local area and the wider community, in the Bristol and South Gloucestershire area.
