Speaking during Education Questions, I asked the Secretary of State for Education, Gavin Williamson MP, about progress on devolving further education to locally elected Mayors.
He responded that he is working with the Secretary of State for Housing, Communities and Local Government, on devolution of many responsibilities for the efficient delivery of skills needed in our area.
