Yesterday I happily signed an 'Early Day Motion' (EDM) calling for Big Ben to chime at 11pm on 31st January 2020 so that we can celebrate our status as a free and sovereign nation again.
Due to ongoing refurbishment works on the Elizabeth Tower Big Ben currently only chimes for Remembrance Sunday and New Year's Eve.
