Jacks asks Secretary of State for Defence a question in the House of Commons

Today, Jack thanked the Defence Secretary Ben Wallace for his service & leadership and asked him how the Command Paper addresses the bureaucracy & barriers faced by UK & Ukrainian Defence manufacturers which hinder their effective collaboration.
