Last night I met with the Secretary of State for Defence Grant Shapps MP where we discussed upscaling our national defence manufacturing capability. He paid tribute to the fantastic work being done by DE&S Abbey Wood to help Ukraine get the equipment and supplies they need and to the contribution our area makes to our nation’s defence capabilities.
