Jack asks Northern Ireland Secretary to engage constructively with victims' groups and listen to concerns they may have about the bill

Today I asked the Secretary of State for Northern Ireland, Chris Heaton-Harris, what unresolved issues the government will address as the Northern Ireland Troubles (Legacy and Reconciliation) Bill progresses through Parliament. He reassured me that the government have listened to victims’ concerns and have tabled amendments to the Bill to address them.
